  • Cancellation Policy

    Air Ticketing :

    Domestic : Cancellation and date change fees are applicable before departure and per passenger basis. In case of amendment, fare difference as well as change feees is to be paid.

    Cancellation and date change charges will be shared at the time of quotation since it is variable and depends on airlines, sector & fare type

     

    International : Cancellation and date change fees are applicable before departure and per passenger basis. In case of amendment, fare difference as well as change feees is to be paid.

    Hotel bookings & Package :

    Refundable : Cancellation deadline is given at the time of booking which can be anytime between 3 days to 15 days of Check in date .Before that booking is fully refundable unless advance payment taken or stated otherwise

     

    Non Refundable : Full Cancellation

    Air Ticket / Visa Services / Insurance : We accept payment within 1 week from date of booking .

     

    Hotel bookings & Package :

    Booking Terms & Conditions

    Visa

    Passport should have 09 months minimum validity from date of travel

    Passport should have minimum 02 Blank pages for visa stamping

    Check if any observation page on passport and inform us immediately

    Manual passport not a valid travel document

    Once you receive the visa please check thoroughly and any mismatch with passport details should be immediately informed.

    Immigration will ask to show any hotel bookings/tickets/forex so please keep printouts while travelling.

     

     

    Air Ticket

     

    Please verify all details of the ticket issued with passport and travel details and inform us if any discrepancy found

    We provide online check in for your domestic/ International 24-48 hours before the flight , please let us know your seat selection, meal preference after ticket issuance so we can update it.

    We are not responsible for any change in schedule/date and you will direclt get a message/email by the airlines as your contact details are updated on the PNR. It is highly recommmended to call and check ( or check with wesbtie ) with airlines for any schedule changebefore the flight.

    Incase of any schedule change do check that you do not miss your connecting flight

    Any change to a confirmed ticket including cancellation, date change and change of itinerary must be done at least 24 hours prior to flight departure. In case a passenger becomes a no show, only the applicable taxes will be refunded to the passenger asper the airline policy.

    Please directly contact airline for any cancellation/reschedule within four hours of departure time

    Please use PNR number as reference when communicating with the airline regarding a booking.

    Please carry print of e ticket along with passport valid for at least 9 months from date of travel.

    We recommend you checkin at least 2 hours prior to departure of your domestic flight and 3 hours prior to your international flight.

    When an infant (not entitled to a seat or free baggage allowance) accompanies an adult, a carrycot, or a fully collapsible push chair/stroller is allowed.This may be carried in the cabin if space is available, or else as checked in baggage

    It is mandatory to carry the Date of Birth certificate for infant passengers.

    In case your flight is transiting through a country apart from your destination, please ensure to carry avalid transit visa to avoid boarding denial. In case of any additional information of transit visa please contact a travel consultant.For eg some countries where transit visa is required are United Kingdom,USA , Australia, Canada.

    Please see check in baggage allowance on airline website/ticket and adhere to it (number ofpieces/size/weight etc.) in case of international travel. Check if minimum connecting time is enough to get visa on arrival for countries where visa is given at first port of entry .

    Hotels/ Apartments

    You must present a photo ID at the time of check in. Hotel may ask for credit card or cash deposit at the time of check in.

    All extra charges should be collected directly from clients prior to departure such as minibar usage, laundry, parking, phone calls, room service, city tax, etc.

    We don't accept any responsibility for additional expenses due to the changes or delays in air, road, rail, sea or indeed of any other causes, all such expenses will have to be borne by passengers

    Any special request for bed type, early check in, late check out, smoking rooms etc are not guaranteed as subject to availability at the time of check in. Late check out will attract full cancellation charges unless otherwise specified.

    In case you need packed breakfast for early morning flights do inform the hotel directly.

    For any special request to be sent to hotel please inform us.

    Please feel free to check with the hotel for upgrade in case of availability of rooms.

    In case of early morning flight on departure date please collect security deposit the night earlier by directlyspeaking to the reception desk.

    In case of late arrival do inform the hotel so they keep the room.

    In cases where Breakfast is included with the room rate, please note that certain properties may charge extra for children travelling with their parents. If applicable, the property will bill you directly. Upon arrival, if you have any questions, please verify with the property.

    Please read the check in policy & keys collection details carefully and contact the apartment owner in
    advance (In case of apartments)  

     

    Transfers/ Sightseeing

     

    Please present this voucher upon check in

    Please note driver has specific waiting time from flight arrival time and we are not responsible if driver has to leave incase of delay in flight . You are required to contact contact number mentioned on the voucher in such a caseand request for late pick up but it will be subject to availability. Do also inform the emergency contact number / driver number provided in voucherincase you know of the flight is delayed/ early since driver usually does not wait for more than half hour of scheduled pick up time.

    Please read voucher carefully and match all the transfer timings with flight timings and all other pick up /drop etc. inform us immediately if there is any discrepancy in transfer or any other servicesmentioned.

    For any assistance on tour there is a local emergency number mentioned so kindly contact them

    Travel Insurance

    Do read details what all the policy covers and in what cases you can claim for insurance
